Is the verification done by a person or automatically?+
Both. Submitted proof is checked automatically against brand references, with expert review on flagged or high-value pieces. (We are rolling this out, today the badge reflects the verification workflow.)
What happens if an item cannot be verified?+
It never goes live. Sellers are asked for clearer proof, or the listing is declined. Buyers only ever see verified pieces with the seal.
Does verification cost the seller anything?+
Listing and verification are free. A small commission applies only when an item sells.
Can I shop outside my region?+
You shop your selected region by default for faster, closer shipping, but you can switch regions anytime from the header.
